How to translate xls with multiple table-tab to SQlite3 db?

Good afternoon.

There is an xls-file with 10-12 tables, which are each located on its own tab. The top line is the name of the field, then 50-60 lines of data. It is necessary to turn this disgrace into a SQLite3 db file in order to make a desktop application. For the case with one table, the method works:

1) Save the table as a .csv file
2) Open it in DB Browser
3) Save it as .db

In the case of several tables, the method does not work, the last table of the document is saved in csv. How can you make it as simple as possible? Ideally via DB Browser, online conversion will not work (prohibited by competition rules).
