In the Russian-speaking environment, there is a term “technical design”, which means a complex of works on image processing, editing, matte painting, clipping, there can also be 3d and vector, etc. etc. Those. all "technical" manipulations with any kind of graphic content that are not essentially a "creative process".
But in the English environment, I can not find a similar term in any way. Does anyone know if there is one, and if so, which one?
