Good afternoon, I wanted to ask experts if it is possible to "translate" opacity("0.498039") css into percentages for photoshop, or can this value ("0.498039") be inserted into the transparency of the layer somehow?

transparency PS=opacity*100; the only difference between PS and opacity is that PS transparency is specified as a percentage, and opacity as a fraction of 1
