How to transfer windows server 2012r2 to Hyper-v of the same server?

Hello! There is a task to transfer the physical server with all services to Hyper-v on the same server. Please let me know what can be done to achieve this with minimum downtime.

The easiest way to transfer DNS and AD DS is as follows:
1) raise a backup DNS and a domain controller on a virtual machine,
2) then raise the rights to the main one. (lower the main one)
3) eliminate the DNS and AD services on the iron machine (only after lowering the rights, otherwise the controller will fall off)
4) Profit.
only one minus - IP addresses change, but if DHCP is available, this is not a problem

Without a headache. =) In addition, there is a ban on such conversion for some server roles.

There's only DNS and AD DS and it's a domain controller. I tried Disk2vhd to do this vhd thing, but then it does not start in Hyper-v
