How to transfer usb MFP from a single board PC to a Windows machine without resorting to usbip?
Good day, gentlemen experts!
Intro: I am the owner of a laser MFP, which in turn has only one USB interface. After the move, I set out to change it to a more modern inkjet, with WiFi support due to its considerable size and, first of all, the lack of space for it in close proximity to the PC. But after a little thought, it became a pity for me to change a good laser copy for an inkjet, and "the wallet does not rotate" for a new laser MFP.
The essence of the task:Forward a printer (it's easier with this) and a scanner (here's the whole snag) from an MFP connected, for example, to an RPi or OPi to a client car under Windows. I would not really like to resort to usbip in view of the limitation of one connection, and with the client under Windows there are some difficulties, as Google showed, if I don’t find anything sensible, I will still torment usbip.
Thank you very much in advance.
