How to transfer traffic from the old site to the new one?

Good afternoon! There is such a question, how to transfer traffic from the old site (site.ru) with an old design and CMS to a new site (site.store) with a new design and CMS. At the same time, we want to keep the content as much as possible.

Leave the old domain for the N interval, redirect to the new one, as soon as you overtake most of the traffic, you may not replenish the domain, but as for me, you will lose part of the income from previously purchased advertising. Think)

Traffic from organics (PS issuance) is generally determined by 2 factors:
1 by link ranking (external links to the page and internal links), transmits static weight and anchor ranking;
2 text page ranking.
To keep the link ranking (transfer it to a new site), the old domain will have to pay forever, and redirect it to the new one. This will re-attach external links to the new domain.
If you change the URL structure on the new site, you will have to do a pagination redirect from the pages of the old site to the "correct" pages of the new site.
Instead of a redirect, you can use the "soft" version with rel="canonical", it works in both Yandex andGoogle .
Keeping the text ranking 1 in 1 will not work if you have changed the texts, its tag design and changed the CNC in the URL.
Will it get better or worse - only PS knows.
Your internal reference will also change, most likely.
