How to transfer the site to another CMS while maintaining links?

Good afternoon!
There is an online store that needs to be transferred, it has 10,000 items.
You need to transfer it to another CMS with the links preserved. I read about 301 redirects, but did not fully understand how to quickly make it for all 10,000 pages.
I will be grateful for help.

If a link consisting of a domain and a path is identical on the old and new CMS, then nothing needs to be done.
If the domain address changes, but the path is saved, you can organize a redirect at the web server level through a 301 or 308 code.
If the path to the same page on the old CMS and the new one are different, then you need to create a mapping. It can be implemented algorithmically, or it can be written statically for all 10,000 pages.

If the new CMS supports synonyms (or CNC, they are called differently everywhere), and the domain does not change, then you just need to take into account the old addresses and assign new synonyms when converting the database to the new CMS. You will not manually re-enter 10,000 products, as I understand it?
