How to transfer the Internet over a long distance?

The challenge is to somehow get internet at a great distance from a large population center.
We have:
- a more or less large and developed city with one R *** telecom provider;
- an apartment with internet connection (fairly fast optical fiber);
- a small village 80 km from the first city;
- in a small village there are fixed phones (maybe this is not the necessary information, but suddenly a DSL connection is possible bypassing the provider's tariffs);
Needed:
Somehow to conduct a more or less normal Internet (at least 1Mb / sec) to a small village.
Perhaps this can be done with some kind of equipment, like a plate or something like that?
Or, for example, can you somehow set up a DSL connection in a village not to a provider, but to a private apartment in a big city, via a telephone cable?
Or maybe there are other ideas?
For information: in the village there is a DSL connection from the provider, but it is unusually expensive at a price of 4 rubles per megabyte of traffic. Somehow, being in the village, I suffer with mobile Internet, which almost never gives out a speed of more than 1Kb / s, that is, even loading a lightweight mobile version of the site takes a lot of time. What to do and how to be? The price of the equipment plays a minor role.

1. Two way satellite
2. Amplifier + antenna + 4G modem
3. Ultra long range WiFi - Ubiquiti PowerStation

In your case, only the satellite.
The equipment is now inexpensive 20-50 thousand.
But the Internet is expensive, about 3-15 thousand. rubles per month, depending on the needs, the speed is low, the ping is huge.

This suggests that the provider itself is connected via satellite.

this video helped me at one time) but the distance was smaller) but I think the idea is still good https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AABdgbOMbMs

Considering that you say that there is still some kind of mobile Internet, I would first look towards the mobile Internet.
Firstly, look at different OPPSs, if you are in the Russian Federation, then https://geo.minsvyaz.ru/ will help you to see whose and what networks are. Having found the one who covers you with 3G, look towards antennas and modems with connectors for them, I have an LTE modem bought from a megaphone that has native connectors for antennas, there is even no need to solder anything.

Optical fiber. But it will cost a pretty penny. (for example, in our city for laying 500m of fiber + terminal equipment they take about 20k)

1) A directional antenna with an amplifier and search for operators / towers in the area with faster internet.
2) If 1 does not help, then a one-way satellite. Request channel via mobile network, response via satellite. We hang any offset antenna with a diameter of 1.2 meters or more (although HZ, depending on which provider / satellite / geographic location, it can, And at 0.6 m you can catch tolerably), put a DVB card in the computer (price from 3000 rubles), set up and voila. The speed, of course, will depend on the request (terrestrial) network, but it will in any case be higher than 1 kb / s.
There are also compressors / traffic accelerators, just for one-way satellites. For example, globalx.biz
By the way, your DSL provider can also be used as a request channel, there is little traffic there when requested. Only if you upload something to the Internet - then yes, the outgoing traffic consumption will be higher. But on the other hand, the outgoing traffic provider may just not charge, you need to look at the connection conditions :-)

You need to get internet in Tommot.
As an option. There is a railway line there. It seems that railroads use the vol for communication. If this is so, and the optics are already lying, maybe you can rent fiber from them? Either way, they have a connection. And considering

(within reason, as I understand it) may indeed be worth considering.
PS. Of course, if your question is still relevant. Looked here . It seems that the megaphone has 3g. But judging by your words, very lousy quality.
