How to transfer the base 1C?

In order not to waste time, I downloaded a folder with the 1C training base from my home computer in the form of a RAR archive to work (in my case it is D: \ 1SBaze-SH)
I opened it at work, worked out in the Configurator, everything was fine.
I pour it back into the archive, I pump it out at home - fig. Mistake.
The base is simple, training, small (about 2 MB, I'm just learning).
I packed with different archivers, set the "No compression" attribute, and so on. - uselessly. On the home computer, the database does not want to open again.
Everything seems to be in place up to the file:

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Tell me please.

After such exercises, you must either upload to .dt or clear the metadata cache (additional /ClearCache launch parameter in the launch window). Well, the presence of any .cl files indicates that not all sessions have been completed, which can also lead to errors.
