What to choose as a server?

Entity. There are several infobases, each database has its own organization (Two or more organizations in one database are not possible).
On the computer where the databases are stored, there is an Apache 2.0 web server, there is a white static IP, through which all users connect to the desired database through a thin client, or through a browser and work.
There is no way to keep apache constantly on, so there is a need, roughly speaking, for a working server computer 24/7, on which the 1C platform will be installed, Apache included and, accordingly, the infobase storage.
What do you advise? Does it need a virtual server?
