How to transfer ST3 settings from Windows to Linux?

How to transfer ST3 settings from Windows to Linux? It is very easy to do from Windows to Windows:
just copy the folder C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 3\
If I copy this folder, is there no such folder on Linux? Or is it somehow possible to transfer settings and plugins?
