How to transfer rights to a Google Chrome extension?

Hello, at one time I created an extension and used my main account when registering in the Google Chrome extension store. Now the question arose about the transmission. If a lot of third-party services were not hung on the account, I would simply give the username and password. I couldn't find anything in the developer panel.
