How to transfer PSTN to SIP server?

There is an analog phone 1234 from a local analog PBX
There is an Addpac-AP200 (with an FXO port)
and there is a Communuigate on the Internet with an account [email protected]

How to forward an analog line 1234 to a mobile sip client connected to Communigate?

In principle, difficulties only with Addpac
Not entirely clear with dial-peer, pots, voice, etc.
