How to transfer post category from wordpress to wordpress?

Here I thought. There is a website on Wordpress 4.3, there is a website on Wordpress 2.*.
on the old site there are records that I want to import, but there are records in which plugins are used (for example, to play audio files).
I'm not an expert on WordPress, and I'm too lazy to re-write all the posts to look for plugins.
I'm wondering how the process of importing and exporting happens in general, what are the subtleties.

Is the standard import plugin not an option? Additional customomies are also transferred, then enabled via functions.php / plugins that created them
