How to transfer parallel video to smartphone?

In industrial devices (heating cabinets) 5.7'' LCD displays (not touch) of control controllers began to fail (due to old age), everything else works. The display interface is a parallel, 15-pin Molex connector. It seems to be a standard output: in addition to 8 data lines and 2 power and GND lines, there are also FRM, LOAD, CP, DISP lines. So, is there a ready-made simple solution for displaying a picture (for the period of purchasing displays, or maybe permanently) - on the screen of an operator's smartphone? It is desirable to do without wires and computers.
Note: I'm not sure I correctly named the picture "video", it's just a table with changing parameters.
