How to transfer microphone sound from one PC to another?

Hello.
Now the usb microphone is connected to the PC, passed through a soft mixer (voicemeeter banana) and vst plugins. It is necessary to transfer the microphone signal to another PC and so that it would be defined as a microphone.
How can I do that? Is just a jack-to-jack cable enough or is a sound card needed for this?
