Who is able to help in the problem with the sound?

There is a laptop (netbook) HP pavilion dm1. It has an IDT High-Definition audio driver with a pre-installed plugin from beats audio. And in general, everything is fine. I like the plugin, it offers a wide range of sound settings. Only here the problem has appeared the last already as a month. When you listen to music (watch a movie), the sound works fine with headphones. There is no lack of sound, all frequencies are in place, delight in general. But when you re-insert the headphones into the laptop, the sound changes completely. I don't know how to describe it more precisely ... The sound becomes very flat, as if I put headphones worth 100 rubles into an mp3 player for 200 rubles. There are no low and medium frequencies at all. Only high lights. It feels like the once good speaker on your mobile phone is dead. And now it only emits nasty high-frequency backgrounds. The same thing happens with headphones. I open Beats Audio, start changing settings, equalizer bands, add bass, but nothing happens. Rather, it happens ... the sound changes a little, but this happens at the level of that very broken speaker that has already outlived its own. Here .. it feels like the headphones are dead at that moment. Only by no means .. Everything is in order with the headphones. The problem is solved by rebooting the system (win10). High-quality sound will return to the headphones. There will be bass ... depth of sound. In general, everything will be as it should be. But until you take them off again and put them back on. If this happens, then the sound will again be terrible ... What could be the reason, I have no idea. I sinned on the system, so I reinstalled it. Did not help. I reinstalled the driver - to no avail. And before this was not the case. Who has guesses? If you have any questions, I'll try to answer. I open Beats Audio, start changing settings, equalizer bands, add bass, but nothing happens. All such problems are first diagnosed by replacing with another known-good copy. In your case, headphones.
Do not claim that everything is hurt with your "ears", but stupidly take other serviceable ones and try to see if the problem repeats.
