As an option, you can use this code on github to
export notes from https://cloud.flyme.cn/browser/note.jsp just to a text file (and then even in EverNote, at least somewhere - what you have enough imagination for).
However, you will need minimal IT skills: Install Selenium, link it to your browser, install Python, get this code to work, and redirect the output to a file. (In principle, everything is simple, the task for an hour).
