How to transfer media files to new WP?

Hello everyone
WP has an uploads folder in wp-content which generates default media files broken down by year/month/size.
If we go through the admin panel to the "Library Files" menu "Media Files", then we see all the files that were uploaded there.
And if we copied files with folders copied to the uploads folder of the new VI, they are not displayed.
I tried import / export using WP - media files are not transferred.
Question:
How can I make files with folders copied to the uploads folder of a new VI appear in the "File Library" of the "Media Files" menu?

Hello!
Install the WP All Export plugin. Export media files.
On the new site, import them. + transfer folders from the uploads directory.
