How to transfer material from blender to unity?

I will create, for example, a volumetric texture. I'll put it in the material. Can I export this stuff to unity with all properties and how?

Unity imports only the name and texture from materials, everything else will still have to be configured in the editor by hand. You can read about exporting models in the manual . I don't know what you mean by 3D textures, but game dev always uses regular flat textures. It can be a set of diffuse, normalmap and occluded, but each individual texture is still flat and can be opened with any graphics editor.
