How to transfer links from a computer to a smartphone and vice versa?

Often there is such a need. I use the google keep notepad for this, but it seems to me that this is some kind of hack? Maybe there is a more elegant solution. And I already have bookmark sync turned on. But you don't always want to bookmark links.

If AirDroid is too cumbersome, then use the same browsers on both platforms, which have a built-in ability to synchronize open tabs.
