How to transfer information from a 3G modem to a Wi-Fi router?

Let's say there is a Wi-Fi router Tp-Link TL-MR 3020 , a 3G modem is plugged into it. How can I make sure that if someone calls the SIM card that is in the modem, then a message appears on the computer connected to it (the router) via a twisted pair cable.
If you can not answer, then tell me, at least in which direction to dig.

Sew under openwrt and install asterisk - there at least you can make calls and receive
only it you need?
