How to transfer from HTTPS to HTTP?

Hi all!
The essence of the problem: the SetEnvIf X-HTTPS 1 HTTPS parameter was introduced in the htaccess file, after which the site stopped loading for some users. I try to remove it and the site does not work.
Can this affect the operation of the site?
