How to transfer firewall riles from windows server 2003 to mikrotik?

The office is moving to new equipment, we purchased microts. Now I'm sitting thinking, can I somehow transfer my 100+ rules from the old server to microt?
The maximum found the export of all xml rules, but how to throw it into mikrotik then?

Well, just write some kind of script with pens .... So as not to add every rule.
