Some crazy problem.
Well, copy what you want and where you want.
Problems? Does not work?
It means that your Admin does not allow you to do this. All questions to him.

It's elementary, in the settings of the RDP shortcut, you select which of the local drives, folders, connect on the remote desktop, when you go to the remote desktop, click "My Computer" and these drives will be connected there with new letters, and copy them if if you want everything to be automatically copied to these connected disks with remote work tables, then there are a lot of options - write a script that does this and enter it in group policies in "scripts to be executed at logon", or create a task in the task scheduler, or manually run this script

Normal admins forbid and mapit disks in RDP and disable copy-paste. Let users send files by mail to themselves, if they have it there, of course.
