How to transfer files from one server to another if they are on the local network in the DC?

I want to transfer files from one server to another. I want to do this through the local network, as it will come out faster, but I don’t really understand Linux, I tried to look for instructions or at least some reminders about the transfer process, but I found only wget from sites and so on.
How can I download files from one server to another and do it all over ssh?
