How to migrate Ubuntu from live machine to virtual Hyper-V?

Good afternoon. To begin with, I will say that in * nix systems a complete layman. But by coincidence, there is an Ubuntu x64 computer with a 2TB hard drive running local forums, file storage, and other things like OCS Inventory and glpi. And you need to transfer it to the MS Hyper-V virtual machine. Clonezilla was chosen for this. A 7 GB image was made (the OS itself takes about 44 GB) of the system, the machine was raised, 120 GB was allocated for it, Clonezilla Live CD was loaded, expert mode was selected, where the option was selected not to take into account the size of the disk to which to restore, but when restoring the program Wrote that recovery still needs 2TB of space. Then it completes its work.
Well, the question itself is - what other transfer options are there?

The result of the whole trial was the installation of a new system with the transfer of data from Mysql.

Perhaps your Clonzilla made a full sector-by-sector copy of the disk. Of course, she will need 2 TB. Reconsider the mode in which you make a clone of the disk - a full sector-by-sector copy is not needed, only really occupied blocks on the disk are needed.
