How to transfer files?

Good evening everyone.
The situation is the following. On the Fijutsu laptop, Windows crashed and you need to pull out the files.
There is no flash drive or portable HDD. Information about 120 GB.
How did I decide to go.
On a Macbook, I created a Live image of Ubuntu on a flash drive and booted from this flash drive to Fijutsu.
But everything rests on the fact that this needs to be done as quickly as possible (meaning transfer files).
There was an idea to use Teamviewer file transfer, but transfer 120 GB there, then merge them back to Fijutsu.
Is there any way to locally transfer files from Ubuntu 16.04 (Live) to Apple MacOS X and vice versa?
Thank you all in advance.

@xevin

I have two options

  • take out the hard drive and connect it to another laptop using a case or a docking station for hdd
  • set up ssh/ftp on ubuntu, connect laptops to local network and pull files with ftp client

It's just an option to set up a LAN between them, raise FTP and merge. you can also this one. Ssh will take a very long time.
