How to transfer droplet (drops) from one server to another in digitalocean?

Good afternoon!
There is one project deployed on a digitalocean VPS in a data center located in amsterdam. lately pings on these servers have increased. there was a need to transfer to servers in London. when creating a copy of a droplet in London, the gyazo.com/983e6b46e756d8d892a02adee0fb520c message appears in the panel.
Has anyone transferred drops between different servers? If so, how?

1. Take a snapshot of the droplet
2. Transfer it to the right server
3. Create a new droplet from the snapshot.
