How to transfer data to Yandex.Maps?

Good afternoon.
I didn’t understand the documentation for Yandex Maps myself =(I
need a guide)
Give short comments on working with Ya.Kartami and links to Api Maps so that I can make the following functionality on my site:
1. Authorized users could put labels and give an explanation of the label text.
2. Save all labels in the database with reference to the user-author.
3. Display labels depending on the author.
PS / I understand the site and the database how to do it, I'm interested in how to interact with Ya. Maps, receiving and transmitting information to them

From Yandex, you only need to create and display a mark on the map. Everything else, such as user authorization, storage in your database and conclusion by authorship, will already have to be cut by yourself. I think to understand the Yandex Maps documentation , it will be the easiest.
