The "Data Conversion" configuration will help you. She comes with several treatments. The first allows you to get a description of the metadata for each of your databases. The second is to load and unload data.
Descriptions of metadata are loaded into the conversion, then the rules for unloading are indicated in it: the correspondence of directories, documents, correspondence of details to each other is indicated. You can describe additional rules, etc.

Net recipient base is the same Accounting 3.0 and the same version as the sender base ?
If yes, there are a lot of ready-made processing for transferring directories between similar configurations, including official ones from 1C on ITS disks. They are located on request "1C 8.3 data transfer between similar configurations".
If you need to transfer to another configuration, first of all check in the Service-Data Exchange, perhaps there are already ready-made exchange mechanisms. If not, then either prepare an exchange rule in the Data Conversion configuration or independently write data upload / download via OLE / to XML / to txt / to dbf. The option with Data Conversion is much more preferable but requires the presence of ITS - Data Conversion officially applies to them.

If you need to transfer the data of only one organization from a database with several organizations to a clean one, it is better to create a distributed infobase with a filter by organization through synchronization. After that, disconnect the created infobase from the main node: https://its.1c.ru/db/metod8dev/content/5802/hdoc . Do not forget to remove the created synchronization in the source database. The previously proposed options require a lot of labor.
