How to transfer control of notifications from Chrome to the built-in Mac Os Notification Center?

It's terribly infuriating that notifications appear and disappear almost immediately. In the built-in, I configured it so that until you click close, notifications are lit. This allows you not to miss the ones you need. With Chrome, everything is bad, a letter arrived while leaving to the toilet - the letter was missed.
