How to transfer cms from http to https?

Modx revo. When I enter the admin panel through " https://mysite.ru/manager " I get to the login page, but via http. If you manually add "s" to the address bar, then it goes. The site is fully converted to https. Question: how to configure it to switch to https by default and is it possible to completely remove the admin panel via the http protocol so that it does not exist?

Most likely you have a cache, or you somehow configured the redirect incorrectly.
Try deleting the contents of the core/cache/ folder

you most likely need to rename the ht.access file to .htaccess in the manager folder
