How to transfer bitcoin without commission?

All FAQs say that the commission is not required, and the difference is only in the time it takes to transfer, but in practice (several popular wallets / exchanges) the commission is set and strictly regulated. Moreover, in modern conditions (~ 260 tr. for bitcoin), you will have to pay about 100 r. per transaction.
But what if I want to receive/send a small amount?
It turns out the minimum value of 0.00000001 btc - fiction?
Or is there still a way to send 0.00000001 btc and not pay 1000 times more?

Technically, this is possible, but as long as there are more people who want it than the network bandwidth, they will have to participate in the auction for inclusion in the block, the rate is the transaction fee. Wallets usually do not allow a transaction to be made below the threshold, after which it is practically guaranteed that it will not fall into the block within a reasonable time (or at all).
In theory, it should get easier soon when everyone updates the software and starts using signature transactions, according to Segwit, but so far the only easy option for small transactions is to use alternative cryptocurrencies like Litecoin. the benefit of converting one into another is not a problem on exchanges, even if Bitcoin is needed at the output.

transfer any crypto except Ripple. free is technically possible! and most importantly instantly! for now this can be done manually, but soon it will be possible to do it through a mobile application or a PC browser add-on.
tentatively it will be on ether, bitcoin cash and litecoin, it is not profitable to do it on other coins, because there is no wide support and low capitalization.
The meaning of the technology is that the transfer will not be through the blockchain, but a service like an exchange, and all will be clients of this exchange.
