How to transfer animation to the developer 1 in 1?

Good day to all! Faced such a problem:
1) How to transfer the animation to the developer with the exact animation parameters so that everything is identical in the browser? Maybe there are videos, articles or your own experience, how do you do it?
2) I heard about Bodymovin, but it only works with svg animation, but what if the animation is aimed at non-standard sliders, site behavior, or is it not in AfterEffect at all, but in the same Principle?
Ps Throwing a gif and transferring the project sources to the developer is not suitable, since it is not clear how the parameters and properties of AE correlate with the animation parameters in the browser. I want the animations to be 1v1 for all parameters in the browser, and not by eye (speeds, transitions, timing are all about this)
