How to transfer a travel agency with a large number of tours and parameters to a functional CRM?
Good afternoon.
There is a big travel company with a lot of tours (50k+). At this point, all information about tours is stored in Profis CRM (Czech CRM), which is similar to 1C for goods, and has a system of drop-down lists, I will try to outline the system:
1. The first list has the following columns:
- Country / Resort / Region / City / Hotel and a couple of additional informative ones)
2. Next, after determining the desired hotel, we fall into the following list associated with this hotel, and see the following data:
- date of departure / number of days / nights / until what date / how to get / place of departure (Airport) / price / number of free places / already reserved vouchers for this date (and maybe a couple more).
3. After determining the date, we fall into the hotel room selection list:
- for how many people / how many places in the room / free places in the hotel that have not yet been reserved / food conditions / name / duplication of the arrival date.
4. Next, we fall into the list for choosing the departure time from the airport / and various parameters ....
5. We get into the deal menu where all the data about the tour is entered / we enter customer data, based on this we print the contract and the form with the data already filled in.
Ready.
The task is to switch to a more modern other CRM system for:
1. Building end-to-end analytics based on, for example, Google Analitics using end deals.
2. Choosing a tour when making a deal.
3. Managing tasks and business processes, working with managers
4. And other goodies that, for example, Bitrix 24 provides.
The main problem is that, for example, Bitrix24 does not allow you to give so many parameters for choosing a tour (or perhaps we don’t have knowledge about all its functionality) .
The question is on what system this can be achieved, perhaps with some kind of integration.
Do not judge strictly, I tried to explain the situation in as much detail as possible. Thank you all in advance.

The main problem is that, for example, Bitrix24 does not allow you to give so many parameters for choosing a tour (or perhaps we do not have knowledge about all its functionality).
The reality is that you are looking for a niche system among the general population, in other words, you are trying to find a restaurant with Michelin stars among McDonald's and subways. Not a single existing mass crm system will close even half of your tasks out of the box.
In AmoCRM, this can only be done by the application (because there is no boxed version of amo).
In Bitrix24, you will have to take a box and finish it for about a few more months.
There is no out-of-box solution for your case among large systems, consider specialized ones, for example https://u-on.ru/travel/
In any case, you will need to finish it, if you decide to take a box of Bitrix, contact the normal companies. When we implemented (albeit without such complex tasks) we worked with VidOK, they are in the top of Bitrix partners.
