How to transfer a transaction passport (FEA) to another bank? (both Russian)
Do I need to pay any fee for this?
I heard that there are no transaction passports for several years, but my bank still requires a transaction passport number for every foreign transaction (FEA), which I provide. Maybe I heard something else and the transaction passports are still in use, I don’t know.

They are still in use for contracts over 50k USD. Check with your bank and the receiving bank.
It may not be free, also check with your old bank.
