How to transfer a site (yii) from hosting to a local server (openserver)?

I downloaded the files, imported the database dump, corrected the database connection settings.
I open the site in a browser and get a solid footcloth from these errors:
Warning: mkdir(): Invalid argument in D:\OpenServer\OSPanel\domains\site.loc\framework\utils\CFileHelper.php on line 287
Warning: chmod(): No such file or directory in D:\OpenServer\OSPanel\domains\site.loc\framework\utils\CFileHelper.php on line 288
What could be wrong and how to fix it?

Hello.
I see two reasons for the gag here:
1) An argument error occurred while creating the folder.
2) During the recording, it turned out that there are restrictions in the file access mode
Apparently you have Yii1 - allow recording
When using filezilla , I often encounter this, but through the console, through git , or through cmd , to the extreme composer - for some reason there are no such problems with access rights.
Perhaps this is write protection so that there is no unauthorized intervention in the box or in the sandbox.
