How to add a new mark on the yandex map?

I have a yandex map on my site. I make marks in the yandex.js file. But I need to make marks in another index.php file
. I open javascript / javascript in the php file and write a mark, but for some reason it does not appear, why, what to do ? I write the code for marks on the same page on which the map is located ?? I work in yii2
