We made a website on nethouse, that is, on a constructor, created a new normal one and now we want to transfer it to reg.ru hosting, although before that we bought the domain directly on nethouse, we want to leave the domain and the site to be on reg. Nethouse does not allow me to change the DNS of the domain, what should I do? They don't have any phones. They wrote to the mail - they are silent. Who knows whether they give permission to change dns, ns or is it easier to buy a new domain?

First, you need to find out who the domain is legally registered to. You can check whois.

• If you / your company, then the domain, at least, can be transferred to another registrar that does not have problems with DNS. You may have to pee any claims, but in this case, the "truth" is on your side.
  
• If the domain is listed as registered on nethouse, everything is more complicated. If you do not agree with nethouse in an amicable way, unfortunately, it will probably be easier to start a new one. The domain in this case belongs to them, and the fact that you used it = "they let you use it." Maybe there is a legal possibility to sue them for "misleading" or something (I'm not a lawyer). But, imho, it will definitely not be easy.
