How to transfer a server from a home PC (created in open server) to a rented server?

Judging by the Internet, this is an assembly for windows (apache, php, mysql)
Then, in a nutshell: a database dump is made, an archive with site files is made.
A web domain is created on a rented server with the same settings, files are uploaded to the root directory.
A database is created and the dump made on the source server is loaded into it.
