How to transfer a route to Yandex. Navigator or Google Maps from the site?

Is this even possible? There is a solution for ios applications , but how to implement this on a simple site with a mobile version?

You can simply place links to the map Google and Yandex .
If a person opens this or that link from a mobile device, then Android will offer him to open this link in one of the applications (Google or Yandex maps), and there the address will already be marked with a dot and you will need to press one button - get a route, after which it will be laid route and you can hit the road :)
Try opening the links above from your mobile phone.
If none of these applications is available, then just a mobile version of the page on Google or Yandex will open.
