How to transfer a product catalog from one Bitrix site to another Bitrix site?

There is a donor site on Bitrix. There is a catalog, structure, products, characteristics. It needs to be transferred to a new, clean site, also on Bitrix.
I plan to transfer through the standard functionality, unloading csv. But there are several questions.
1. Do categories/subcategories need to be created manually on a new site?
2. Features need to be created manually on a new site?
3. Is there a solution to transfer everything automatically?
