How to transfer a corporate account from Google APPS?

There is corporate mail on your domain used by Google Apps for several years. Accordingly, services such as GDrive, sign-in, Gmail, Google + are used.
You need to transfer mail and leave access to services.
- mail can be transferred via Thunderbird or https://takeout.google.com/settings/u/0/takeout to your server or Yandex corporate mail.
But how will the rest of the services work after not paying for Google Apps or removing the domain from Google's control?

Mail is usually transferred with the old, but proven imapsync tool. As you wrote above, the rest of the data can be taken through Takeout.
After you stop using Google Apps, your accounts and all data will be deleted. You cannot convert a paid account to a free one, at least there are no instructions for this. Try contacting those. support, they may make an exception for you if it is technically possible.
