How to train convolutional neural networks?
Hello. I apologize for the possibly incorrectly asked question. I'm interested in: where you can read in detail (with a mathematical justification) about training convolutional neural networks. I understand the learning mechanism of fully connected NNs, but how to interpret this for convolutional layers and subsampling layers does not reach me.

And what, have you already turned off Google?
Goodfellow I. Deep Learning - with detailed mathematics.
Nikolenko S. Deep learning. is a good, almost fundamental tutorial with TF examples.
CC Aggarwal Neural Networks and Deep Learning A Textbook
Stevens E. Deep Learning with PyTorch

and these are books only for the last two years and those in which CNN understands separately and in detail. Choose to your taste, and the desired level of "details".
I don’t even stutter about hundreds of blogs and sites with this topic - you need “details” after all.
