How to track which program wants to run?

User Configuration/Policies/Administrative Templates/System/Run only specified Windows applications

I run the program, I get a whack, they say it’s impossible, it’s blocked. I think that the program is trying to run a module that is not in the list of allowed programs. How can I see what exactly was banned?
For example:

start.exe was blocked due to GPO restrictions

or something like that.
