The audience is the company's employees, about 1 - 1.5 thousand people.
I would like to:
1. Understand how many people open the links that are indicated in the letter.
2. We suggest submitting information in the form of a short message with a link and detailed information that unfolds by clicking on the "+" or "details". I would like to know how many people read more detailed information.
3. How many people opened the letter, because not everyone reads it, and many people ignore the mechanism for requesting confirmation of reading.
We are going to do HTML layout of the letter.

In the link by "+" include your own uuid in the parameter for each addressee, then on the basis of these uuid, compared with the addressees, you can personally calculate those who do not read.
