How to track the location of a user's last authorization in a domain?
Now we have self-written software, when logging on from user rights, writes to the ExtentionAttribute of the user the place from which the login was made. Works in 90% of cases. Sometimes some machines in the domain cannot write for some unknown reason. There are suspicions of AVPO and its conflicts with network equipment. But that's another story.
I would like to cover the remaining 10%, which are often important.
How else can you organize such tracking? Can organize SQL base where at logon the same record as well as in attribute of the user will be made? Who solved such problems?
