How to enter a domain into an existing forest?

Given: One domain controller, respectively, in one forest. It has the dns role installed. Network 192.168.0.0/24
Required: Add one more (not child) controller to this forest. Network 192.168.1.0/24.
Do I need to adjust the AD site structure? The existing one works by default, no networks were added.
On the existing WINDOWS SERVER 2008r2 domain, on the new one - WINDOWS SERVER 2016.

@Kuhnya

it will be the second CD in this domain? if so, it must be on the same subnet.
if not, and the second is the main CD of a separate domain, then one of the domains must be a child. and in any case, you need to create separate subnets for sites. if the first domain is in the 192.168.0.0/24 subnet of the default first site, then the second is in the 192.168.1.0/24 subnet of the xxxxxxxx site.
another option is if you just need to make two different domains with different forests friends with each other. it's a federation.
