How to track the evaluation of the VK API application?

Good day. Is it possible to track the moment when the user rates the application? The documentation does not say anything about this, but nevertheless, many games use this feature as an "achievement".
Maybe there is some callback? All existing callbacks are described here https://vk.com/dev/Javascript_SDK .
I thought that maybe there is such an opportunity in the Flash SDK, but even there I could not find anything like that.

Just like the user uninstall callback.
